The real estate market in Qatar is a big opportunity as 2022 is approaching – asserts Serban Spirea in an interview for ”Gulf Times”

In an interview published last week by the publication ”Gulf Times”, Serban Spirea, the MD and Founder of Find Great Realty (FGREALTY)  revealed his entrepreneurial path, his vision about entrepreneurship, courage, teamwork, and his plans for FGREALTY.

During this interview, Serban stated his positive forecast on the real estate market in Qatar as 2022 is approaching. In 2022, the FIFA World cup will be held in Qatar and specialists consider this event an opportunity for the Qatari economy, especially property sales.

“I see a big opportunity in the property sector here. With 2022 fast approaching, we have started feeling a big wave coming into the real estate business. There are huge projects going on. There is definitely going to be a positive impact on the market. Many new projects are coming that we filter for our clients.”

Serban Spirea opened his own real estate brokerage company in Qatar as early as 2016. Romanian born, Serban Spirea pursues a career in the real estate business as he loves interacting with people and the art of negotiation, a skill that he continuously develops through education and practice.

Serban Spirea carries on developing FGREALTY’s portfolio on the niche that the company has expertise in: “I have ended up doing mainly luxury property business. I saw a slump in the luxury sector as an opportunity. I got involved with the landlords and the clients using our sales force. We deal in properties in Msheireb, The Pearl, Lusail, and Al Dafna.”

He believes in the ethics of work and the power of teams, the reason for which he loves passing his knowledge to his young team.
