Either you are citizen/foreign or a resident in Qatar, you further agree to the following mandatory arbitration provisions:
Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate: Both you and FGREALTY – Find Great Realty WLL agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms exclusively through final and binding arbitration. However, if you violate or threaten to violate FGREALTY’s intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademark, trade secret, copyright, or patent rights), FGREALTY reserves the right to initiate legal action to seek injunctive relief without first engaging in arbitration or informal dispute resolution processes.
In case of any dispute that may arise, the party who seeks arbitration shall bear all costs and fees until the issue is resolved. Once judgment is issued, the party who loses shall bear the paid fees. The Qatar Chamber for Arbitration shall be the competent authority to resolve any dispute that may arise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek preliminary injunctive relief in any competent court of law to prevent the unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property rights or any other rights that may require immediate legal protection, without the necessity of going through the arbitration process.

What is Arbitration?
Arbitration is a less formal and quicker method of resolving disputes compared to traditional court lawsuits. Instead of a judge or jury, a neutral arbitrator will decide the case and has the power to award the same legal remedies and damages as a court could. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the invalid provision will be severed, and the rest of the arbitration terms will remain in effect.
