Abu Sidra is being built as a town-center mixed-use development in the suburban style that will provide a living and working community in a well-managed environment. The area became highly strategic for the creation of a new integrated neighborhood as new connecting roads were built and upgraded. Along the Al Waab Road, the land gently undulates from north to south, with a level difference of about 4 meters.
