• WATERPARK - 

  Splash into a world of excitement and adventure at the Island’s main attraction, our state-of-the-art Waterpark. All the rides within the waterpark are inspired by the Qatari culture; complementing the theme of the oil and gas industry.

  Experience the adrenaline rush in The Icon Tower; a distinct zone in the water park. The world’s highest tower of its kind, located on a small island opposite to Qetaifan Island North and linked to it with an overwater bridge. You can reach the Icon Tower with a train that passes by the bridge to enjoy our premier rides.

• HOTELS - 

  Discover some of the most elegant hotel rooms in Qatar, designed to offer guests the absolute comfort and supreme luxury. The Island of Qatifan features luxury hotels to offer comfort to all visitors and tourists, in addition to the distinctive sea view and private beaches, chalets and rooms design.

  The Hotels will surround the Waterpark to ensure a unique experience to hotel guests. The hotels will also host events, leisure activities, services and facilities that will attract the largest number of tourists, such as spas and gyms, ballrooms, restaurants and cafes. Guests will also have an easy access to the Souq and retail plaza to enjoy a unique shopping experience during their stay.

• RETAIL & FESTIVAL PLAZAS -  Qetaifan Island North is a global-scale public attraction, and a hub for hospitality & leisure. The retail services on the island include F&B, Edutainment, Entertainment, in addition to the Souq; a market inspired by the Qatari culture, overlooking the Linear Park, offering a unique shopping experience for the whole family.
• LINEAR PARK - The Linear Park is the main artery of the island, linking all zones together. An artificial Salt Canal linked to the sea, allowing visitors to enjoy fishing, boating and plenty of other family-friendly fun activities inspired by the Qatari culture. Spread over the canal side are community facilities, such as shopping outlets, snack stalls, prayer rooms, seating, as well as meeting rooms, game rooms, and a kid’s club.
• BEACH CLUB - The Beach Club is the first element planned for completion on the island. The clubhouse offers an assemblage of activities to be enjoyed by the whole family. The family-friendly luxury club is recognized as the waterfront attraction of the island; featuring a white sand beach, infinity pool, restaurant, cabanas, spa, gym, as well as a kids area. The Island’s Sales Center and Qetaifan Projects offices will also be located in the beach club’s building.

Accessible to a freeway going to Lusail Expressway and a nearly built metro station to take you anywhere in Lusail. It is close to Lusail City connection bridge for easy access, grocery store, schools, standalone villas, Yasmeen and Al Erkyah City and the infamous Vendome Mall.
